Quintarious Lane Killed, Dallas Myrick and Tre'Eamian Scott Injured, in Eatonton Single-Vehicle Car Accident. Justice Available?

A motor vehicle accident involving a single-vehicle claimed the lives of two people and left two others injured early Saturday morning, June 22, 2019.  According to UnionRecorder.com, "[t]he wreck happened on Glenwood Springs Road in the city limits."  MSGR.com is reporting, "A Nissan Infiniti was traveling east in a curve on Glenwood Springs Road at a high rate of speed when it went off the road and flipped over."  The driver of the vehicle and the front-seat passenger, Quintarious Lane, age 21, of Eatonton, were killed.  Two backseat passengers, Dallas Myrick, age 18, and Tre'Eamian Scott, age 19, both of Eatonton, were injured and taken to Putnam General Hospital for treatment, according to the report.  Media reports indicate that alcohol is suspected to have been a contributing factor in the accident as well as a high rate of speed.

The investigation is ongoing.
