Justice Available? Brandon Smith, Others Injured in Canton, Knox Bridge Highway Accident.

A three-vehicle accident caused two deaths and other injuries in Canton, Georgia early Saturday night, July 13, 2019. As reported by AJC.com, "[d]eputies responded to a crash on Knox Bridge Highway in Canton about 9 p.m. after a BMW crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on...the BMW crossed into the oncoming lane while driving around a curve, striking a Honda Fit and then getting hit in the passenger side by a Honda Accord." According to the report, the driver of the BMW and the passenger, 55-year-old Jimmy Chester, were killed in the wreck. The driver of the Accord, Brandon Smith, was seriously injured in the accident. Mr. Smith's 3-year-old daughter was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. A passenger in the Honda Fit was taken to Northside Cherokee Hospital with minor injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
